Alysena Birth Control Class Action

Merchant Law Group LLP has launched national class action litigation on behalf of all Canadian women who have used “Alysena 21” or “Alysena 28” birth control pills and still experienced an unwanted pregnancy, due to a defect addressed in this Health Canada alert to consumers: http://healthycanadians.gc.ca/recall-alert-rappel-avis/hc-sc/2018/66158a-eng.php

The manufacturing or other defects of this lot of contraceptive pills resulted in chipped, malformed or smaller-than-needed pills, leading to lower effectiveness of this birth control drug and leading to unplanned pregnancies.  If you are taking “Alysena 21” or “Alysena 28” birth control pills from this recalled lot [see more information on the above website] and became pregnant, you may be impacted by this class action.

This class action litigation seeks financial compensation for Canadian women who have used “Alysena 21” or “Alysena 28” birth control pills from this recalled lot and experienced an unwanted pregnancy, due to the reported manufacturing defects. Please note, joining our internal contact list for this defect, creates no financial obligation for you and your information will be kept confidential.
