Topomax Class Action

Merchant Law Group LLP is pursuing Canada-wide class action litigation against Johnson & Johnson as manufacturer of the drug TOPAMAX (active ingredient: Topiramate) on behalf of Canadians who used Topamax and suffered certain medical side effects (detailed below).

This class action seeks financial compensation for affected individuals who were prescribed and ingested Topamax in Canada, and while taking Topamax:
(1) experienced angle closure glaucoma,
– OR –
(2) gave birth to a child with a cleft lip and/or cleft palate.
